- Training with sis-in-law July 1, 200923/6/09 – 3.71 miles 26/6/09 – 2.5 miles with a speed session wiht 5 mins speed total 27/6/09 – 11.69 miles with weir runner in Muirshiel Park – it took almost 3 hrs but good fun! 28/6/09 – 3 miles with 3 x hill reps 30/6/09 – 6.23 miles All those runs were with my sis-in-law except for Muirshiel Park.
